    About This Course

Achieving consistency in process modelling has always been a difficult task, even with a proliferation of tools & standards historically available. To tackle this issue, it is essential to establish a shared language. One way to do so is to adopt a widely recognized process modelling standard, namely Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN 2.0).

To accomplish this, an organization needs to undergo comprehensive training on BPMN 2.0 using specialist tools. This training involves hands-on exercises that are centered on real-world business scenarios. Additionally, this training covers higher-level process modelling concepts, such as the distinction between maps and models, the importance of collaboration, and the ways in which process models can be interlinked. The intended audience for this training is anyone looking to develop or refresh their process modelling capabilities, in line with the latest standards. This course caters to all skill levels; no previous experience is required. If you are an experienced process modeler who is well-versed in BPMN, an advanced modelers course is available upon request.
